    • Once a donation is made to Anand Vridhashram Seva Trust, it is considered final and non-refundable.
    • We are unable to process cancellations or refunds for general donations, as they are immediately put to use for our charitable activities.
  1. Specific Campaigns or Projects:
    • For donations made towards specific campaigns or projects, please note that cancellation requests can only be considered if the project has not been fully funded or implemented.
    • To request a cancellation of a donation towards a specific campaign, please contact us at contact@avstpalghar.org with your donation details and reasons for cancellation. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy:


  1. Erroneous Transactions:
    • In the event of an erroneous or unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at contact@avstpalghar.org for assistance.
    • We will investigate the transaction and, if verified, process a refund as per our discretion and applicable regulations.

  1. Failed Transactions:
    • If a donation transaction fails due to technical issues or other reasons, and the amount is debited from your account but not received by Anand Vridhashram Seva Trust, please contact us with the transaction details.
    • We will work with you and the payment gateway provider to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a refund.
